There is also language barriers in the 4th book with Viktor Krum and Hermione. His English isn't great.

I also want to say, if Dumbledore had better standards of teachers Voldemort probably wouldn't have come back. Who thought it was okay for "Moody" to drink what they all believed to be booze all day long from a flask around children??? Cmon Dumbledore.
